Cancellation 24 hours or more before your appointment: full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment — your deposit transfers to the new date.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal and typically take 3–5 business days to appear.
