예약금 안내

예약 확정을 위해 예약금 $20 USD(또는 ₩27,000)를 결제받고 있으며, 내원 시 진료비에서 전액 차감됩니다.

A $20 USD deposit secures your appointment and is fully deducted from your treatment fee on the day of your visit.

환불 기준

• 예약일 2일 전까지 취소: 전액 환불
• 예약일 1일 전~당일 취소, 노쇼: 예약금은 환불되지 않습니다
• 의원 사정으로 예약을 확정하지 못한 경우(문의 예약 포함): 전액 환불 또는 원하는 다른 시간으로 이전
• 천재지변·질병 등 부득이한 사유는 증빙 확인 후 환불해 드립니다

Full refund up to 2 days before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If the clinic cannot confirm your requested time, the deposit is fully refunded or moved to another time.
